Welcome to XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC. By requesting a quote, making a reservation, accessing our website, or using our luxury chauffeur services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC provides luxury chauffeur transportation services throughout South Florida, including but not limited to:

  • Airport Transfers
  • Private Aviation (FBO) Transportation
  • Cruise Port Transfers
  • Point-to-Point Transportation
  • Hourly Chauffeur Services
  • Corporate Transportation
  • Weddings
  • Special Events
  • Customized Luxury Transportation Services

All services are subject to vehicle availability, scheduling, and confirmation by XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC.

2. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC.

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee vehicle availability or confirm a booking until accepted by XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse service, decline reservations, or cancel bookings at our sole discretion when necessary for safety, operational, legal, or business reasons.

3. Reservation Fee

A $100 non-refundable reservation fee may be required to secure your requested vehicle and chauffeur.

When applicable, this reservation fee will be disclosed prior to payment and is required to confirm your reservation.

The reservation fee is non-refundable but will be applied toward your total reservation balance.

4. Payment

Payment may be required before, during, or upon completion of the service, depending on the reservation.

By providing payment information, the client authorizes XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC to charge all applicable service fees, waiting time, parking, tolls, cleaning fees, damage charges, and any other authorized charges related to the reservation.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

5. Waiting Time

Airport Pickups

Airport arrivals include complimentary waiting time as determined by XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC.

Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period may result in additional charges.

Non-Airport Pickups

For residential, hotel, restaurant, corporate, or other scheduled pickups, additional waiting time may be charged after the scheduled pickup time.

6. Flight Delays

When a valid commercial flight number is provided, XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC may monitor flight arrivals to help coordinate airport pickups.

We are not responsible for delays caused by airlines, airports, customs, weather, air traffic control, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Vehicle Availability & Substitution

While every effort is made to provide the requested vehicle, availability cannot be guaranteed.

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC reserves the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle without prior notice due to maintenance, mechanical issues, accidents, safety concerns, or other operational requirements.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers included in the reservation.

Passengers agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws.
  • Follow chauffeur instructions.
  • Wear seat belts when required by law.
  • Treat the vehicle with care and respect.
  • Refrain from disruptive, abusive, dangerous, or illegal behavior.

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

9. Vehicle Damage

Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Interior damage
  • Exterior damage
  • Excessive cleaning
  • Food or beverage spills
  • Vomiting
  • Smoke or odor removal
  • Burn marks
  • Broken equipment
  • Missing items

Repair, replacement, or cleaning costs may be charged to the payment method on file.

Clients authorize XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC to charge the payment method on file for verified damage or excessive cleaning.

10. Smoking, Vaping & Illegal Substances

Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, and prohibited substances are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of service without refund and may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.

11. Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages may be permitted where allowed by applicable law.

Passengers are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

12. Child Safety Seats

Clients are responsible for requesting child safety seats when required by law.

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC shall not be responsible for penalties, injuries, or claims resulting from a client’s failure to request appropriate child restraints.

13. Pets

Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable law.

Other pets must be approved by XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC prior to the reservation.

Clients are responsible for any cleaning or damage caused by pets.

14. Chauffeur Gratuity

Certain reservations may include chauffeur gratuity as part of the quoted price.

Where gratuity is included, it becomes part of the total reservation amount and is non-refundable after services have been provided.

If gratuity is not included, gratuity remains entirely at the client’s discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Cleaning Fee

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC reserves the right to charge cleaning and sanitation fees of up to $500 or more, depending on the severity of the condition.

Cleaning fees may apply for excessive dirt, spills, food contamination, bodily fluids, smoke odors, or any condition requiring professional cleaning.

16. Personal Property

Passengers are responsible for all personal belongings.

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left inside any vehicle.

While we will make every reasonable effort to assist in recovering lost items, recovery cannot be guaranteed.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, missed flights, missed meetings, missed events, traffic conditions, road closures, weather, airline delays, government actions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Under no circumstances shall XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected reservation.

18. Force Majeure

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public emergencies, labor disputes, government actions, civil unrest, or transportation disruptions.

19. Termination of Service

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC reserves the right to immediately refuse or terminate service without refund if passenger behavior threatens the safety of the chauffeur, passengers, vehicle, or the public, violates applicable laws, or causes property damage.

20. Privacy

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

21. Website Disclaimer

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only.

While XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC strives to keep all information accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, availability, or reliability of any content, pricing, or services displayed.

22. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Any legal action or dispute arising from these Terms or the services provided by XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located within the State of Florida.

23. Changes to These Terms

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The updated version will become effective immediately upon publication on this website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

24. Photo & Marketing protection

Unless otherwise requested by the client in writing, XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC may use photographs of vehicles, events, or locations for marketing purposes provided no personally identifiable information is disclosed.

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC is a private luxury chauffeur & rental service provider. Vehicle availability, routes, pricing, and services are subject to change without notice.
