Welcome to XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC. By booking, using, or accessing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. SERVICES

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC provides luxury chauffeur transportation services throughout South Florida, including but not limited to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Palm Beach, airports, private aviation terminals, cruise ports, corporate transportation, special events, and hourly chauffeur services.

  1. RESERVATIONS

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse service, decline reservations, or cancel bookings at our sole discretion when necessary for safety, operational, legal, or business reasons.

  1. PAYMENT

Payment may be required in advance.

By providing payment information, the client authorizes XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC to charge all applicable fees, tolls, parking charges, waiting time charges, cleaning fees, damage fees, and other approved service-related charges.

  1. WAITING TIME

Airport pickups include reasonable complimentary wait time as determined by XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC.

Additional waiting time may result in additional charges.

For non-airport pickups, waiting time charges may begin after the scheduled pickup time.

  1. FLIGHT DELAYS

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC may monitor commercial flight arrivals when flight information is provided.

We are not responsible for delays caused by airlines, airports, weather, government actions, air traffic control, or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. VEHICLE SUBSTITUTION

Vehicle availability is not guaranteed.

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC reserves the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle without prior notice when necessary due to maintenance, safety concerns, accidents, mechanical issues, or operational requirements.

  1. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients and passengers agree to:

  • Comply with all laws
  • Follow chauffeur instructions
  • Wear seat belts when required
  • Treat vehicles respectfully
  • Avoid disruptive, dangerous, abusive, or illegal conduct
  1. DAMAGE TO VEHICLES

Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Interior damage
  • Exterior damage
  • Excessive cleaning
  • Spills
  • Vomiting
  • Smoking-related damage
  • Burn marks
  • Missing items

Additional charges may be assessed.

  1. NO SMOKING

Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and prohibited materials are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.

Violation may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Traffic delays
  • Road closures
  • Weather conditions
  • Airline delays
  • Missed flights
  • Missed meetings
  • Missed events
  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Personal property loss

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected reservation.

  1. PERSONAL PROPERTY

Passengers are responsible for all personal belongings.

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property left in vehicles.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather events, natural disasters, government actions, civil disturbances, labor disputes, public emergencies, or transportation disruptions.

  1. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Service may be terminated immediately without refund if passenger behavior threatens safety, violates laws, damages property, or creates unreasonable risk.

  1. WEBSITE DISCLAIMER

All information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the State of Florida.

  1. CHANGES

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

17. CHAUFFEUR GRATUITY

If gratuity is included:

Gratuity may be included in quoted pricing and is non-refundable once services have been provided.

If not included:

Chauffeur gratuity is at the client’s discretion unless otherwise specified.

18. CLEANING FEE

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC reserves the right to charge cleaning and sanitation fees up to $500 or more depending on the severity of the condition, including but not limited to spills, food contamination, bodily fluids, smoke odors, and excessive mess.

19. CHILD SEAT LIABILITY

Clients are responsible for requesting child safety seats when required by law. XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC shall not be responsible for penalties, injuries, or claims arising from a client’s failure to request appropriate child restraints.

20. DRUG & ALCOHOL CLAUSE

Illegal drug use, possession of illegal substances, or dangerous intoxicated behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

21. PHOTO & MARKETING PROTECTION

Unless otherwise requested by the client in writing, XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC may use photographs of vehicles, events, or locations for marketing purposes provided no personally identifiable information is disclosed.

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC is a private luxury chauffeur service provider. Vehicle availability, routes, pricing, and services are subject to change without notice.
