Cancellation Policy & Refund

At XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC, we understand that travel plans may change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our luxury chauffeur services.
1. Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable $100 reservation deposit is required to secure your reservation.
This deposit reserves your requested vehicle, chauffeur, and scheduled time, and will be applied toward your total reservation balance.
The reservation deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including client cancellations.
If a reservation deposit is not required for a specific reservation, the applicable cancellation terms will apply to any payments received.
2. Cancellations More Than 48 Hours Before Service
Reservations canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a refund of any payments made excluding the non-refundable $100 reservation deposit.
3. Cancellations Between 24–48 Hours Before Service
Reservations canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of any payments made beyond the non-refundable reservation deposit, at the discretion of XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC.
4. Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
5. Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
6. No-Shows
Failure to appear at the designated pickup location without reasonable communication may be considered a No-Show.
No-Shows are non-refundable.
7. Airport Arrivals & Flight Delays
Clients are responsible for providing accurate flight information.
When flight information is provided, XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC may monitor commercial flight arrivals to assist with airport pickups.
Flight delays, airline schedule changes, airport delays, customs delays, or missed flights do not automatically qualify for refunds.
8. Weather & Force Majeure
XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC shall not be responsible for cancellations or service interruptions caused by severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, road closures, public emergencies, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Refund eligibility in these situations will be determined at the sole discretion of XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC.
9. Service Refusal
XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if a passenger:
- Threatens the safety of the chauffeur or others
- Engages in illegal activity
- Becomes abusive or disruptive
- Damages the vehicle
- Violates company policies
10. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC directly to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Clients agree not to initiate a chargeback for charges that were authorized under these Terms & Conditions and this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Holiday & Special Event Reservations
Reservations during high-demand periods—including but not limited to:
- Formula 1 Miami
- Art Basel
- Ultra Music Festival
- Miami Music Week
- New Year’s Eve
- Major sporting events
- National holidays
may be subject to separate cancellation terms and may be non-refundable. Any applicable terms will be communicated before confirmation.
12. Policy Changes
XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
The most current version will always be available on our website.
XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC is a private luxury chauffeur & rental service provider. Vehicle availability, pricing, routes, and services are subject to change without notice.
