XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC strives to provide exceptional luxury transportation services while maintaining efficient scheduling and vehicle availability.

  1. CANCELLATIONS MORE THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE SERVICE

Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable processing fees if applicable.

  1. CANCELLATIONS 24–48 HOURS BEFORE SERVICE

Reservations cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a 50% refund.

  1. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS

Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

  1. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS

Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

  1. NO-SHOWS

Failure to appear at the designated pickup location without communication may be considered a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable.

  1. AIRPORT ARRIVALS

Clients should provide accurate flight information.

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC may monitor commercial flight arrivals when possible.

Flight delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.

  1. WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE

Refund eligibility for weather events, natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, or other extraordinary circumstances shall be determined by XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC at its sole discretion.

  1. SERVICE REFUSAL

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service due to safety concerns, illegal conduct, abusive behavior, or violations of company policies.

Refunds in such situations may be denied.

  1. CHARGEBACKS

Clients agree to contact XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

  1. POLICY CHANGES

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

11. HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT PROTECTION

Reservations for major holidays, special events, Formula 1, Art Basel, Miami Music Week, New Year’s Eve, Ultra Music Festival, and similar high-demand periods may be non-refundable and subject to separate cancellation terms.

XXCLUSIVE CARS LLC is a private luxury chauffeur service provider. Vehicle availability, routes, pricing, and services are subject to change without notice.
